The ULID Generator plugin creates a new per-cell menu item called Generate ULID.

How to use

1. Open a database connection.
2. Open a table.
3. Right-click on a cell.
4. Click on Generate ULID in the menu.
5. The generated ULID value will replace the original cell value.
